About LTE
Lex Tempus Events sprung into existence one balmy autumn when there were no good Halloween parties to be found. 'The Witching Hour' (hence our name, meaning "time is the law") was LTE's first night in 2009, and turned out to be a great success. Still, the angry party mob called for more entertainment, and so our semi-regular sort of quarterly events began.
LTE is run primarily by Lily and Neill (DJ Kweilo), with some help from our friends. We are motivated by a passion for music, and not being beaten to death by the angry party mob. We believe in keeping things fresh, which is why each event has a different name, theme and flyer design.
Our DJ's play a mix of Trance, Metal, EBM, D'n'B, Rock, Industrial and some other cool stuff. The typical LTE crowd is eclectic, sociable, and slightly sozzled on cocktails. If this sounds like you on a Saturday night join us for our next event, for free.
